Only the unofficial "fifth major" on the PGA Tour, the Senior Players Championship actually counts as one of the five major tournaments on the Champions Tour. The Senior US Open kicked off the Major weeks at the end of June, and the Senior Players Championship is now the second of three consecutive Major tournaments on the calendar of the PGA Tour Champions.
