Description
North West Golf Clubs is a beautiful links course set between the shores of Lough Swilly and the picturesque Mouldy Mountains. The 6,239m course was designed by Thompson and has a par and standard scratch of 70. The holes are varied with plenty of sandhills and rolling hills but all in all flat. The club has a modern, recently renovated clubhouse with a bar and an excellent restaurant. From the clubhouse you have a wonderful view of the "Lake of Shadows" and the Killalla Hills. The club has a proud history as a founder member of the GUI and as the home course of several Irish Open Champions and International Captain of the Irish Amateur Team.
