Really want to work the glutes but bored of your standard glute raises and donkey kicks?
The glute pushdown is Nicks favourite exercise to target the glutes.
Stand on the Assisted Dip/Chin machine, gripping the handles at the top for support and put one foot, facing forward, on the pad and press down.
As it’s an isolation exercise, Nick would recommend 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
