Kendal Golf Club Celebrates Memorable Captains Week

Good afternoon all,
Mr Captain has just been on the phone to me as he would like me to pass on a massive thank you from him for making his Captains Week such a special one, cumulating in a spectacular celebration on Saturday night. He couldn't believe how much love and support he got from all of you guys and I am sure he won't mind me mentioning how emotional he was about the whole thing....or that could have been tears of pain after I gave him his bar bill after buying everyone a drink at the start of the night....
The whole day was a huge success even if the weather wasn't. The club took over £7000 over the few days, with most of that being on the bar, it was a little bit of a drinky affair!
I would also like to say a massive thanks to all the staff/volunteers who put so much effort in as well. Too many to name them all but it wouldn't simply of happened without you.
A few more nights like that and all will be well...
