Garforth Golf Club Crowned Yorkshire 1st Division Team Champions

The Garforth Golf Club experienced an incredible day at Pannal Golf Club, where their Scratch team, comprised of Tom Chapman, Jake Wallis, and Josh Bassitt, was crowned Yorkshire 1st Division Team Champions for the very first time. This stellar performance means they will now advance to play at the National Finals, marking a significant milestone for the club.

Jake Wallis delivered an outstanding performance, taking home the individual title with a superb second-round score of 7 under par 65, which saw him finishing at 9 under par overall. Club Champion Josh Bassitt also put in a remarkable effort, finishing 5 under par, which secured him the 3rd place overall.

The accomplishment is a proud moment for everyone associated with the Garforth Golf Club. The team demonstrated exceptional skill and determination throughout the competition, and their hard work has paid off in a monumental way.
