Downshire Golf Club Hosts Carers Week Health Bus at The Lexicon

The health bus will be at The Lexicon today from 10.30am to 2pm for Carers Week.
Carers Week 10 - 16 June aims to highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
An unpaid carer is anyone who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support.
To find out about local support for unpaid carers, come and talk to us outside St Joseph’s Church, Braccan Walk.
