Canterbury Golf Club Supports Men’s Health Week Initiatives

Men’s Health Week ♂️

This week marks Men’s Health Week, an annual event created by @menshealthforum which aims to shed light on the crucial topic of men’s health.

This year’s theme is #shareyourstory. It comes as a result of the HUGE increase in men wanting to learn more about prostate cancer after King Charles shared that he had a problem with an enlarged prostate.

On the day after his announcement, there were 16,410 visits to the relevant National Health Service website page compared with 1,414 visits the previous day. @prostatecanceruk saw almost double the number of users of its online risk checker.

This goes to show the difference that honest sharing can make. Speak up, share your story and help others.
