DUTY MANAGER Clubhouse & Events / Front of House Role
Main purposes of job:
The service and provision of all food & beverages for all areas of the business, to Include the clubhouse, events and starters hut. Assist stocktaking, reporting and the ordering of all drinks and clubhouse consumables Assist with function management Cellar Management Provide Duty Manager supervision to Clubhouse Assistants & Supervisors Deputise for the Clubhouse Manager
Key tasks: Ensure the Golf Centre is adequately stocked as required Cellar management Cleaning beer lines Answer all questions about beverage and food provision Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness Apply safety regulations Comply with equipment usage guidelines Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant Ensure all work areas are clean and well presented Morning set up /Evening close down and cash up End of day reports On duty fire warden Ensure department staff are adequately trained in food and beverage provision Ensure department staff adhere to the Company H&S Policy
Job Type: Full-time Must be available to work weekdays and weekends / daytime and evening shifts.
