The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, part of the LPGA Tour, took place at the Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Washington, USA. The tournament featured four rounds, concluding with Round 4 today.

Amy Yang from Korea secured the first position on the leaderboard with a total score of 281, finishing 7 under par. Sharing the second position were Lilia Vu from the USA, Jin Young Ko from Korea, and Miyu Yamashita from Japan, each with a total score of 284, 4 under par. Tied for fifth place were Ally Ewing from the USA and Lauren Hartlage from the USA, both scoring a total of 285, 3 under par.

For the day’s best performances, Mao Saigo from Japan achieved the best daily score of 5 under par. Close behind were Lilia Vu and Jin Young Ko, both recording daily scores of 1 under par.

About the LPGA Tour

The LPGA Tour is the largest professional tour in women’s golf. With over 30 tournaments a year, the American women’s tour mostly travels to the USA, but also visits destinations outside America with its players. In addition to the regular tournaments, the LPGA holds five majors per season, with the last two events being co-hosted by the Ladies European Tour and taking place in Europe. The LPGA Tour’s season ranking, the “Race to the CME Globe”, is decided in the season finale. The best 72 players of the season and the season winners qualify for the CME Group Tour Championship and compete for overall victory on the LPGA Tour.
